Nature of services
CNJ Elevate provides corporate readiness and exit feasibility advisory services. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing furnished by CNJ Elevate should be relied upon as such. Clients are advised to retain qualified independent counsel in each discipline.
No brokerage, no securities
CNJ Elevate is not a registered broker-dealer, is not registered with FINRA or the SEC, and does not effect transactions in securities. We do not act as a business broker, represent buyers or sellers in a transaction, or receive success fees, finder’s fees, or transaction-based compensation of any kind.
Potential investment interest
We refer clients to appraisers, attorneys, accountants, and transaction professionals as their situation requires. We receive no compensation for these referrals, and no arrangement—formal or informal—directs a client toward one provider over another. A referral reflects fit alone, and clients remain free to use advisors of their own choosing.
Referrals to other professionals
CNJ Elevate and its principals may, from time to time and entirely separately from any advisory engagement, evaluate or hold direct investments. If any such interest could affect an advisory relationship, CNJ Elevate will disclose it in writing to the client before the engagement proceeds, and the client may decline or terminate on that basis without penalty.
No guarantee of outcome
A feasibility assessment reflects professional judgment based on information available and furnished at the time of review. CNJ Elevate does not guarantee that any business will be sold, the price or terms of any transaction, or the timeframe in which one may occur.
